The Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2007

Charities and their Trustees now only have a few days left to ensure that they are complying with the above regulations - which come into force on 31st March 2008.

Briefly, the regulations state the information that charities are required to include on all documents (including business letters, emails, invoices, receipts, contractual documentation, advertisements and campaign materials) in future.

The regulations were covered in detail at our charity seminar last spring - but if you would like any further information please contact Jenny Simpson on 0141 566 7000 or email jenny.simpson@wyliebisset.com
